Bag Pickup
$25.00 deposit and $25.00 per month, 1 pick-up per week on a scheduled route. yearly contract, extra Pick ups are $12.00 per pick-up.
6-Yard Dumpster
$160.00 deposit and $160.00 per month. 1 pick-up per week on a scheduled route. Yearly contract, Extra pick-ups are $160.00 per pick up.
16-Yard Dumpster
30 days of use. $450 per pick-up.
2-Yard Dumpster
$54.00 deposit and $54.00 per month. 1 pick-up per week on a scheduled route. Yearly Contract, extra pick-ups are $54.00 per month.
12 yard Dumpster
15 days of us. $350 per pick-up
20-Yard Dumpster
15 days of use. $450 per pick-up

Dumpster placement location requested by the customer will be taken into consideration. however, dumpsters will only be place in areas that are considered safe and easily accessible by OPC trucks and employees.

Animals such as dogs, cats, livestock, etc. must be in an enclosed area where they are unable to get within 20 feet of the dumpster area, OPC trucks and employees.

A dumpster will be considered "full" when the trash reaches the top rail line of the dumpster. If lids are attached, the lids must be able to close completely. OPC has the option of weighing the items that are over the top rail line and assessing the going rate fee at the dump site for the additional weight of the items. This fee will be added to your monthly bill, but will not be less than $5.00 per instance.

Customers will be held monetarily responsible for any damages to the dumpsters during rental such as dents, spray paint, lids removed or damaged, holes, hinges, etc. unless damage is caused by OPC.

Your trash pickup day will be set but may vary due to inclement weather, holidays or extenuating circumstances beyond our control.

Actual Trash pick-up times may vary according to season, weather, route, etc. and may not be at the same time each each.

No wood over 4' long and/or larger than 3" in diameter.

This list is subject to change without notice due to the restrictions imposed by sanitation collection/dumping sites.

OPC must receive payments before the end of the business day on due date to be considered rendered on time. Payments that are past due, as noted in your contract, will be assessed a late fee. Consistent late payments or non-payment will result in termination of services, late fees, re-instatement fees for renewal of service, removal of dumpster(s) and possible legal action.
